What it does
- Select candidate times directly on the Google Calendar week view (15-minute steps)
- Automatic availability detection that excludes busy periods (via Google Calendar FreeBusy API)
- Tone presets for different recipients, meeting length, online/in-person details
- Reusable snippets (meeting URLs, locations, notes) and one-tap presets
- Copy a ready-to-send message in one click
Privacy-first design
- Manual selection works without Google authorization
- Automatic detection reads only calendar names and busy time ranges — never event titles, descriptions, locations, or attendees
- No ads, no third-party analytics, no data selling
- Candidate data stays in your browser; nothing is stored on JAPAN SHOJI servers
Current status
The current version targets Japanese UI, Japan Standard Time (UTC+9), and desktop Google Chrome. It is distributed as a beta package for manual installation; Chrome Web Store listing is in preparation. An English UI with locale-aware time zones and DST handling is on the roadmap — we deliberately limit the first release to JST to guarantee that no incorrect dates or times are ever generated.
